Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or HSE discipline
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent approved by ADNOC
- Lead auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent
- Incident investigation techniques
- Minimum 15 years experience with at least 3 years as Lead HSE in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
- ADNOC approval

Company Description
- Archirodon is an international contractor with over 50 years in EPC market, executing complex projects worldwide in Energy, Marine, Infrastructure, and Defense & Security.
- Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE and is building a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Have strong understanding of HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in Oil & Gas EPC business.
- Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc.
- Sound understanding of HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
- Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
- Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.).
- Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans.
- Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
- Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
- Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group).
- Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Incident Investigation techniques.
- Minimum 15 years’ with at least 3 years as Lead HSE role in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
