- Execute supplier contracts to implement business strategy
- Assist in drafting, revising, and negotiating supplier contracts
- Collaborate with Contracts & Legal, Finance, HSE, and other departments
- Finalize contracts for signature after stakeholder agreement
- Draft and review letters, change orders, and claims
- Negotiate and close contractual disputes

- Experience in contract management and negotiation
- Knowledge of contractual risks and terms
- Ability to collaborate with legal and finance teams

Objectives
- Ensures and promotes compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Works with Contracts and/or Legal function to review and assess liabilities in Subcontracts or Supplier Contracts.
Activities
- Execute supplier contracts to implement chosen business strategy.
- Assist in drafting, revisions, negotiations and approval of supplier contracts.
- Collaborate with Contracts & Legal, Finance, HSE, Sourcing & Procurement, Operations.
- Participate in execution PLG and CME gates.
- Propose and implement agreement templates, terms and conditions.
- Finalize contracts for signature.
- Draft and review letters, change orders and claims.
- Familiar with critical conditions like changes, delay, suspension, termination.
- Negotiate and close contractual disputes.
- Review draft contracts with stakeholders for compliance.
- Benchmark performance and audit suppliers.
- Provide contracts guidance to Sourcing Specialists.
