About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Telecom Project Consultant to lead the planning, design, and execution of telecom infrastructure projects in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing comprehensive project reports, managing government approvals, and establishing strategic partnerships within the UAE telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complete telecom project plans and infrastructure models
- Prepare detailed business, technical, and feasibility reports
- Handle documentation and submission to UAE/Dubai government authorities
- Manage approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with telecom operators such as Etisalat and du
- Identify and secure government incentives and benefits
- Lead efforts to arrange project financing, including bank loans and funding approvals
- Provide strategic direction for project setup, deployment, and scalability
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- 25–30+ years of experience in the Telecom industry
- Proven experience in planning and executing telecom infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE telecom regulations and approval processes
- Demonstrated experience in establishing partnerships with telecom providers (Etisalat, du, etc.)
- Experience in securing bank loans or project financing for large-scale projects
- Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with telecom authorities such as Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority
- Background in telecom engineering, infrastructure development, or large-scale deployments
- Strong network within the UAE telecom and financial sector
