- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to each project
- Follow up with suppliers, vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project timelines and expectations
- Resolve delays and issues through effective communication and coordination
- Provide daily reports on project status, progress, and challenges
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and management regularly
- Track project milestones and notify team members of upcoming deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or administration
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in tracking project timelines and financials
