Responsibilities

  • Maintain and track all relevant details for each assigned project.
  • Create and update project timelines, scopes, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all project requirements are clearly understood and communicated.
  • Track and manage project related payments, invoices, and advances.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for timely disbursement and collection of funds.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to each project.
  • Follow up with suppliers, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project timelines and expectations.
  • Resolve delays and issues through effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide daily reports on project status, progress, and challenges.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders and management regularly.
  • Track project milestones and notify team members of upcoming deadlines.
