Project Assistant Intern - Remote

Core Functional Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers on a project and offer administrative support.
• May perform research and create training documents as assigned by the project managers.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparing strategic reports.
• Implement and improve the project management mechanism.
• Create and review workflows to drive effectiveness
• Assist in creating project timelines, resource allocation and budgeting
• Identify, analyse, evaluate and mitigate risk throughout the project lifecycle

General Responsibilities

• Follow up on behalf of Project Managers.
• Obtain weekly project status from all team members
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Monitor project progress and help with adjustments
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Years of Relevant Experience - Fresher
• Education & Work experience ** - We prioritize skills over degrees but Bachelor's/Master’s degree/ diploma/ certification in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or other relevant fields and prior experience in assisting in Project Life Cylcle is a plus.

Software and Applications -

• Tech-savvy with good MS Office knowledge and strong experience with project management software.
