Program Manager - Remote

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES *

• Manage a variety of cross-functional projects, be able to wear many hats, and ultimately hold people accountable, including remote team members. Overall, ensure all initiatives run on time, budget, and priority.

Requirements

• Years of Relevant Experience minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing complex interdependent programs and portfolios.
• Education & Work experience ** - We prioritise skills over degrees but MBA or PGDM from a reputable Institute or equivalent education and experience is a bonus. Additional Project Management certifications like Agile / PMP / PMI / PRINCE2 / Google are highly desired. Experience driving large cross-functional initiatives with the engineering and other business organisation Technical Program Management experience in an Agile environment Can prioritise between different projects and negotiate to get the company the best partners.

• Qualities & Capabilities- Strong leadership skills to foresee, manage and guide all the ongoing projects and project managers. Knowledge and understanding of advanced business planning, project planning and portfolio management methodologies. A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
