AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES *

• Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Research : Find relevant information on tools, processes, etc for the business.
• Word processing : Prepare reports, correspondence, and other written documents.
• Time & Work Management
• Appointment Setting : Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
• Calendar Management : Manage the CEO’s calendar and set up meetings.
• To-Do List Management : Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communications
• Call Screening : Manage daily phone calls and provide updates.
• Inbox Management : Filter out irrelevant emails and follow zero inboxes.
• Meeting follow-ups : Take minutes during meetings, assign them to the relevant person, and take timely follow-ups for execution.
• Quality Check : Proofread and edit internal and external communication documents like – memos, emails, presentations, and reports materials for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and format.
