Role Description

• Holistic Design Coordination.
• Oversee the design and construction of commercial, industrial, and residential building projects
• Review the shop drawings
• Must ensure that the team is working effectively and keeping to schedule and budget. This involves reviewing work reports and communicating any needs and concerns to employees.
• Write a reports to keep the client informed about the status of the project.
• Ensure quality assurance mandates and processes occur.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners/vendors alike.
• Liaising with Design Architects and Services Engineer.
• Meeting with clients & understanding their requirements and incorporating the same along with maintaining email communication with clients.
• Understand the design and approval rules of various authorities like Dubai Municipality, Jebel Ali Free Zone, TECOM, DIP etc.
• Be responsible for checking the accuracy of projects GFC drawings.
• Be responsible to submit, follow up and obtain NOC for all required utility connections for projects.
• Keep on learning skills as per modern practices in the relevant field and update other disciplines organization wide.
• If required to furnish tender documents and coordinate the tendering and projects team building process, as well as verify the tendering process.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and partners responsibly and effectively during the course of projects.
• Supervision of Architectural
• design at sites whenever necessary for providing clarifications/suggestions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and a demonstrated ability to manage architectural projects effectively
• Experience with Submittals and proficiency in coordinating project documentation
• Knowledge and application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
• Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles for sustainable design
• Excellent Project Management skills, with an ability to oversee and guide multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in the site.
• Professional licensure in architecture is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
