Role Overview
The Project Architect leads architectural design and delivery from concept through documentation.
The role manages stakeholders, multidisciplinary coordination, quality outcomes, standards, and regulations.
Design and Project Delivery
- Lead project packages or small to medium-sized projects independently.
- Prepare design briefs with senior leadership and apply the firm's design philosophy across project stages.
- Produce design solutions using industry-standard architectural software.
- Lead design reviews and develop technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Support the Principal Architect with concepts and complex design challenges.
- Ensure projects meet briefs, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
Project Management and Leadership
- Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned projects and act as the primary client contact.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to senior management.
- Coordinate external consultants and integrate drawings and BIM/Revit models.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
- Foster collaboration and communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in an architectural studio.
- Experience leading projects from concept design through construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of international design standards and local building codes.
- Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard architectural design software.
- Excellent design, technical detailing, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high design quality.
