- Support the Programming Lead in the development, coordination, and delivery of event and cultural programs.
- Prepare client facing presentations, briefing documents, reports, agendas, and client facing decks.
- Attend internal and external meetings, capture meeting minutes, and track actions through to completion.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, schedules, and status trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client to facilitate smooth communication and project delivery.
- Monitor key deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions across programming workstreams.
- Ensure all project records and reporting tools remain accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project coordination, event programming, event management, cultural programming, or a similar role
- At least 2 years of Experience in Live Events
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable

Job Overview
