Summary
- The Programme Manager will lead the design, development, and execution of Pearl Initiative’s Governance in Family Firms Programme.

Programmatic development and innovation
- Lead the design, development, and execution of the Governance in Family Firms programme.
- Continuously innovate and enhance the programme offering.
- Develop and implement programme strategies addressing emerging trends.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and partners.
- Identify synergies with other organisational initiatives.
- Co create a strategic communications strategy.
Business development, community enablement, and financial sustainability
- Develop and execute a business development and market stakeholders’ engagement strategy.
- Manage an annual market engagement calendar.
- Co define funding targets and explore new revenue streams.
- Develop and lead community building initiatives.
- Represent the organisation at events.
- Lead development of proposals and negotiate funding agreements.
Projects management and contracts compliance
- Manage design, execution, and timely delivery of collaborative projects.
- Adopt best practices in project management.
- Manage programme teams and third parties.
- Oversee execution and delivery in line with contractual obligations.
- Run projects with cost control and resource allocation.
- Proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
Expertise development and thought leadership
- Identify market needs and pain points through research and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead development of market driven solutions.
- Curate and convene the programme's working group.
