Role overview
Drive end-to-end programme delivery for an enterprise digital asset custody enabler across Phases 2 and 3.
Translate strategic intent into operational delivery across multiple RBC business lines.
Serve as the Managing Director’s primary delegate for programme execution and governance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate dependencies across enablers within the Digital Asset Oversight Committee framework.
- Lead programme governance, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and resource management.
- Develop business cases and project approval requests.
- Manage vendors, third parties, risk, compliance, and change.
- Maintain security, compliance, and operational standards for custody infrastructure implementation.
Required qualifications
- At least seven years of financial services experience with progressive programme or project management responsibility.
- Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
- Expertise in governance design, stakeholder management, dependency mapping, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Financial services product delivery experience and understanding of institutional banking operations.
