Minimum Requirements
- Education: Completion of secondary education is required.
- Work Experience: A minimum of six years of relevant work experience in administration, programme management or project management is required.
- Skills: Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing skills, ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds, strong office management skills, attention to detail, good analytical skills, experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Gilbertese is required.
Desirables
- Education: A bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field is an asset.
- Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is an asset.
- Experience working at a UN agency or international organization is desirable.
- Experience working in SAP, Power BI, SharePoint and AI tools is desirable.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is desirable.
