Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

• Anticipated tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience with organizing work groups, coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules and train employees when needed.
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible for all daily reporting and providing timely deliverables and performance related data to allow for adequate monitoring, oversight, and performance measurement.
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles with the capability to supervise the staff throughout the life of the contract.
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
• Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and ensure that performance meets all requirements and operational standards.
• Provide written notice to employees addressing quality of work and other concerns.
• Resolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.
• Assist in ensuring that all vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
