  • Coordinate activities across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and insights for senior client audiences
  • Support integrated delivery across design, commercial and construction teams
  • Contribute to the successful mobilisation and ongoing operation of a major program
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, architecture, quantity surveying, or related discipline.
  • Experience working within or supporting complex program governance and controls frameworks on residential or mixed-use precinct programs.
  • Familiarity with integrated delivery structures and interface management across concurrent design and construction contracts.
  • Client-side, owner's representative, or integrated project delivery experience on programs of comparable scale and complexity.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and correspondence for senior audiences.
  • Manager and Advisor roles on a high-profile residential precinct program of works in Queensland, with genuine scope to shape the delivery environment.
