This role owns execution on the strategic initiatives and projects most critical to the business. The focus is not on building program management infrastructure or managing a team of PMs. Instead, the Program Manager will take strategic priorities from concept to completion, working across the organization (Finance, Support, Enterprise, Partnerships, Product, and Operations) to improve how the business runs.
This role sits outside of, though closely adjacent to, our Product and Engineering organizations. The focus is on the operational and business side of the company, not product delivery. The Program Manager will partner closely with the Vice President, Operations, owning the operational follow-through on initiatives and projects.

POSITION SUMMARY

KEY/SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives, for example (standardizing a handoff process between two teams, consolidating reporting across departments, redesigning a partner launch plan)
- Drive projects across Finance, Support, Enterprise, Partnerships, and Operations, building alignment among stakeholders who do not report to this role
- Build and maintain lightweight systems (trackers, automation, status reporting) that keep initiatives visible and on track, primarily through Asana
