Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end Agile execution across product and engineering teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
- Enforce Agile best practices and challenge deviations such as delayed PI submissions.
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering stakeholders.
- Manage Program Increment (PI) planning and execution across multiple teams.
- Track dependencies, risks, and milestones across squads.Ensure release readiness and execution tracking.Provide leadership communication with clear updates on progress, risks, and metrics.
