About the Role

This client-facing role requires precision, leadership, and domain expertise.

The Program Manager ensures delivery of defense products while balancing centralized product vision with local program constraints.

The role owns end-to-end project delivery, manages a local team, collaborates with France, and serves as the main customer contact.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout program execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex and mass-produced systems on time and to specification.
  • Ensure deliverables meet contractual, technical, and operational requirements.
  • Anticipate risks and lead structured resolution of issues.
  • Own the program timeline and activate billing at contractual milestones.
  • Track and resolve technical and administrative blockers.
  • Align centralized product policies with program-specific and customer-specific constraints.
  • Identify missing enablers and escalate them to unblock delivery or alignment.

Candidate Requirements

  • 10+ years in defense or aerospace program management, including ownership of a €20M+ export contract in the Middle East.
  • Direct Ministry of Defense-level customer exposure, including offset, local content, and dual-use export licensing.
  • Engineering degree in aerospace, electrical engineering, systems, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Arabic and English are mandatory, and mobility across the Middle East is required.
  • Strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes, program milestones, and compliance documentation.
  • Ability to manage programs in cutting-edge or disruptive environments and a complete business plan.
  • Excellent documentation, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
