About the Role

This client-facing role leads delivery of defense products while aligning centralized product vision with local program constraints.

The Program Manager owns end-to-end project delivery, manages a local team, collaborates with France, and serves as the main customer contact.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for the customer during program execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex and mass-produced systems on time and to specification.
  • Ensure contractual, technical, and operational compliance.
  • Anticipate risks and lead structured issue resolution.
  • Own program timelines and trigger invoicing at contractual milestones.
  • Track technical and administrative blockers.
  • Align product policies with program and customer constraints.
  • Identify missing enablers and escalate issues internally.
  • Manage and guide the local team while coordinating with the France team.

Candidate Requirements

  • 10+ years of defense or aerospace program management experience.
  • Ownership of a €20M+ Middle East export contract covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, and acceptance.
  • Direct Ministry of Defense customer exposure, including offset, local content, and dual-use export licensing.
  • Engineering degree in aerospace, electrical engineering, systems, mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  • Arabic and English fluency, with mobility across the Middle East.
  • Strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes, milestones, and compliance documentation.
  • Ability to manage disruptive programs and complete business plans.
  • Excellent documentation, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
