Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end delivery across assigned programs, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Maintain a consolidated program level RAID log and provide the PMO Head with clear view of risks
- Ensure delivery teams follow the company's methodology, stage gates, and change control processes
- Coordinate cross project resource allocation and resolve dependencies across teams
- Act as primary escalation point above Project Manager level and own steering committee relationships
- Lead executive level reporting and presentations on program health, risks, and decisions
- Support review of contract renewals, amendments, change requests, and commercial terms
- Coach and support Project Managers, remove blockers, and grow team capability
- Drive adoption of SDLC and CI/CD best practices across delivery workstreams
- Deliver weekly program updates and monthly reviews focused on decisions, risks, and financial health
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 15+ years of overall professional experience in IT services, software delivery, or technology consulting
- 8+ years in a project or program management capacity with delivery accountability
- Experience managing multiple concurrent software delivery projects in enterprise environments
- Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies — Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication in Arabic and English

About the Role

- The Program Manager will lead multiple concurrent projects, mentor a team of Project Managers, and act as a trusted partner to enterprise clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, integration/middleware, mobile, or digital experience solutions.
