Program Manager, Intimate Partner Violence

People Leadership

• Supervise, coach, train, and support staff, students, and volunteers.
• Support employee development through feedback, learning opportunities, and performance discussions.
• Promote an inclusive workplace and support conflict resolution.

Client-Centered Practice

• Promote trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and client-centered approaches.
• Provide consultation on client needs, service planning, and appropriate interventions.
• Apply intimate partner violence and gender-based violence knowledge to service responses.

Accountability

• Contribute to agency-wide policies, procedures, strategic priorities, and leadership initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, statistics, reporting systems, and administrative processes.
• Support program evaluation, reporting requirements, and organizational learning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of management experience; non-profit social services experience is preferred.
• Regulated professionals must hold or be eligible for appropriate registration.
• Knowledge of intimate partner violence, gender-based violence, and crisis intervention is required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict-resolution, and report-writing skills are required.
• Second-language proficiency is considered an asset.
