Role Overview
Lead Digital Twin and digital transformation initiatives across Engineering, Procurement & Construction, Operations, and Maintenance environments.
Work across the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors in the Dubai/Abu Dhabi area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in digitalization, Digital Twin, autonomous operations, industrial digital transformation, or related areas.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, or industrial sectors.
- Proven delivery experience with complex digital transformation or industrial digitalization programs.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows, industrial assets, EPC processes, and Operations & Maintenance environments.
- Good understanding of industrial data, OT/IT integration, asset information, and digital technologies.
- Experience managing program scope, schedules, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Digital Twin roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation strategies.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital solutions from concept and design through implementation and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on solution development and delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and risks.
- Facilitate design workshops, requirements gathering, and solution alignment sessions.
- Drive implementation and adoption of digital solutions while ensuring measurable business value.
