Role Overview
PCB Technician role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The technician is responsible for PCB assembly, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
The role includes operating SMD and PCB assembly equipment and ensuring assembled PCBs meet quality and customer requirements.
Experience and Education
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PCB assembly or SMD production.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical Requirements
- Experience with stencil printers, pick-and-place equipment, reflow ovens, SPI, selective soldering, and conformal coating.
- Strong knowledge of SMT and through-hole components.
- IPC Class III soldering and PCB rework experience.
- Experience in PCB testing, troubleshooting, and component-level repair.
- Knowledge of IPC/J-STD standards, electronic components, schematics, and 5S.
- Good MS Office skills and attention to detail.
