About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own end to end local build and delivery for cohort sessions across DEEP Academy, DEEP Pioneers, and CDL Doha
- Manage scheduling, logistics, venues, catering, and travel for participants, mentors, and faculty
- Manage faculty, speakers, and practitioners including onboarding, attendance, briefings, and on site coordination
- Serve as first point of contact for participants during cohort weeks
- Own project level budget management across programs
- Coordinate with Berlin Program Operations team for alignment
- Provide local logistical support to Venture Managers
- Lead operational delivery of ecosystem days and gatherings
- Support establishment and growth of DEEP Qatar's brand presence through social media and events
- Manage local vendors and suppliers for program delivery
- Track participant data, attendance, feedback, and core program KPIs
Requirements
- 4 6 years of program delivery experience
- Track record of running multiple concurrent programs or events to a high standard
- Experience in an accelerator, university executive education, professional services, or events environment
- Currently based in Qatar or GCC, or open to relocating to Doha
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline

Key Responsibilities

Must Haves
- 4 6 years of program delivery experience.
- Track record of running multiple concurrent programs or events to a high standard.
- Experience in an accelerator, university executive education, professional services, or events environment.
- Currently based in Qatar or the wider GCC, or open to relocating to Doha.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
Preferences
- GCC based experience or background.
- Experience in a startup, accelerator, or university ecosystem.
- Working proficiency in Arabic (nice to have).
