Role Description
Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of multiple infrastructure and related initiatives.
Ensure initiatives align with organizational goals and client expectations.
The role is part-time and remote.
Program Responsibilities
- Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Track progress and mitigate risks across projects.
- Maintain quality standards across all projects.
- Prepare status reports and maintain documentation.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Support process improvement efforts.
- Contribute to strategic planning and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Refine best practices for program delivery in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated program or project management skills in planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and resource coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across remote and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking for multi-project or program portfolios.
- Familiarity with infrastructure, construction, or engineering environments, or complex technical initiatives.
