Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SR Globals is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.

The CFO will oversee the organization’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with infrastructure project pipelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting financial statements, monitoring cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and advising leadership on investment, funding, and risk management decisions.

The role involves establishing and refining financial controls, supporting project costing and profitability analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

The CFO will collaborate closely with executive leadership, project management, and external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors to maintain financial stability and support sustainable growth.

• Strong foundation in Finance, with proven experience in corporate or project-based financial management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, assessing project viability, and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Abu Dhabi, managing both onsite and remote responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent credential, and/or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
