Role Description
The Process Improvement Manager is a part-time, remote role focused on optimizing business and operational processes across the organization.
The role supports project quality, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design process improvements.
- Conduct data-driven assessments and map and document processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Track performance metrics and develop best practices.
- Support operational excellence initiatives and prepare reports and recommendations for leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong business process improvement skills and experience designing and implementing enhanced workflows.
- Proficiency in business process analysis, operational excellence, process mapping, and performance measurement.
- Analytical ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
- Cross-functional experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment and manage multiple initiatives.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
