The position requires leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise in complex, multi-stream enterprise programs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP, CRM, and digital transformation programs.
- Define program roadmap, governance, and execution strategy.
- Manage multiple workstreams and align delivery with business goals.
- Engage C-level stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Oversee system integrations and business process transformation.
- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and program performance.
- Drive change management and successful user adoption.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years in program or project management.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP or CRM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- Experience working with system integrators and global delivery teams.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
