Role Overview
The employer is seeking an AI and Virtual Assistant Tester to help validate intelligent systems before they reach customers.
The role focuses on delivering accurate, reliable, secure, and customer-centric conversational AI experiences.
Testing Responsibilities
- Test conversational AI and virtual assistant experiences.
- Validate large language model responses and detect hallucinations.
- Test prompts and prompt engineering implementations.
- Validate retrieval-augmented generation workflows.
- Test natural language understanding and processing, including intent and entity validation.
- Test conversational context and memory behavior.
- Perform API, integration, and regression testing.
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing.
- Validate AI ethics, bias, and responsible AI controls.
Technical Skills
- Manual and automation testing experience is required.
- API testing with Postman or Swagger, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON/XML are listed technical skills.
- Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium experience is preferred.
- Python or Java experience is preferred.
- JIRA and Azure DevOps are listed testing and delivery tools.
