Critical Competencies

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering and 3 - 5 years’ experience with complex electronic systems or equivalent required
• 3+ years project management experience or equivalent required
• DOD Program Management/EVM experience highly desired
• MS or MBA is preferred PMP Certification is preferred
• Well versed in MS Project and MS Office suite, ability to learn and extract data from an ERP system
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and across functional areas
• Must be a US Citizen
• In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $114,000 - $133,000 Annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
