General Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support enterprise project environments across the UAE or Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in operating the ProjectOffice Cloud platform, ensuring project information remains accurate, current, and effectively managed across reporting and governance processes.

This role is ideal for someone with strong PMO coordination, reporting, and project support experience who thrives in structured project environments and enjoys working closely with data, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the ProjectOffice Cloud platform as the primary PMO platform user within the client engagement.
  • Manage the flow of project information into and out of the platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, risks, issues, actions, status reports, and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to obtain timely project inputs and updates.
  • Produce recurring PMO reports, dashboards, and project status summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support governance routines including project status meetings, reporting cycles, action tracking, and document control processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day platform support and user inquiries.
  • Escalate platform or reporting issues beyond operational support scope when necessary.
  • Apply ProjectOffice PMO methodology and framework consistently across all project administration and reporting activities.
  • Ensure project data integrity and reporting quality across the engagement lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project support, or project administration roles.
  • Hands-on experience using PMO or project management platforms and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience managing reporting cycles, dashboards, governance documentation, and project tracking activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently in structured and fast-paced project environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or wider Gulf region.
  • PMO or project management certification such as:
  • CAPM
  • PRINCE2 Foundation
  • Equivalent project coordination certification
  • Familiarity with PMO governance frameworks and enterprise reporting structures.
  • Arabic language skills are advantageous but not required.
