Being in custom development for demanding customers, execution efficacy, timeline adherence, quality control and stakeholder management need to be ensured by the Program Manager.
Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for analog/mixed-signal/embedded semiconductor products.
Drive program scope, timelines, risk assessment, budgeting, and resource planning.
Coordinate with design, DV, layout, post-Si validation, test engineering, quality, packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and operations teams across global sites.
Facilitate program reviews, technical checkpoints, and decision gates.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Present program status, key metrics, and critical issues to leadership and customers.
Ensure programs meet TI’s quality, reliability, and regulatory standards along with customer mandated quality checks. Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions when needed.
