The Program Implementation Manager supports the development and launch of clinical growth initiatives by turning ideas into clear plans, practical tools, and scalable processes.
Working across multiple projects and teams, this role keeps work organized, tracks priorities and timelines, identifies risks early, and helps move initiatives from planning through implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Launch Readiness
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, and implementation roadmaps

Design practical, scalable processes that support consistent implementation and operations
Use project management, workflow, documentation, and collaboration tools to improve visibility
Recommend efficiencies, templates, automation opportunities, and system improvements
Use feedback and implementation learnings to refine processes and materials
Identify dependencies, resource needs, gaps, and risks early
Bring forward solutions and recommendations when issues arise
Know when input, clarification, or decisions are needed to keep work moving
Adapt plans and deliverables quickly when scope or direction changes
Escalate material issues with clear context, options, and recommended next steps
Coordinate deliverables across Clinical Growth & Development, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and clinical leaders
Support working sessions, capture decisions and actions, and ensure follow-through
Confirm launch readiness across documentation, training, communications, workflows, and operational handoff
Support launch and early stabilization by resolving issues and updating materials as needed
Build confidence that assigned work is organized, owned, and moving forward
