- Maintain and update operational processes, SOPs and supporting documentation across program teams
- Help identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvement and automation initiatives
- Track and report on process adherence, escalating gaps to program managers
- Coordinate day to day program activities, schedules and action tracking across teams
- Support escalation handling by logging issues, gathering information and following up on resolution
- Help maintain operational readiness through scenario documentation and recovery checklists
- Support the Compliance, Risk and Governance (CRG) teams with routine reporting and documentation
- Help ensure program activities align with contractual, regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Assist with audit preparation, evidence gathering and remediation tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 4 years of experience in project coordination, operations or program support, ideally within a technology, cloud or AI environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency with everyday productivity and documentation tools

About the Role
- The Program Executive supports the Program Management department of Core42's Large strategic programs business unit, helping keep program operations running smoothly, consistently and in line with agreed standards.
- The role coordinates day to day process, documentation and reporting activities, supports compliance and governance routines, and acts as a central point of coordination across program teams.
- Working closely with program managers and the Compliance, Risk and Governance (CRG) teams, this individual helps track actions, maintain operational readiness and keep high impact programs on schedule.
Process & Documentation Support
- Maintain and update operational processes, SOPs and supporting documentation across program teams.
- Help identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Track and report on process adherence, escalating gaps to program managers.
Coordination & Operational Support
- Coordinate day to day program activities, schedules and action tracking across teams.

Governance & Compliance Support
- Support the Compliance, Risk and Governance (CRG) teams with routine reporting and documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 4 years of experience in project coordination, operations or program support, ideally within a technology, cloud or AI environment.
Required Skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to process improvement, automation or SOP documentation.
- Familiarity with compliance, risk or governance routines.
- Awareness of GPUaaS, cloud infrastructure, Cloud migrations, applications implementation or data centre operations.
- Working knowledge of workflow platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Power Automate).
- Certifications such as CAPM, ITIL Foundation or equivalent.
