- Develop and implement processes, frameworks, and capabilities for the production of Installation Instructions to support LOTE implementation activities.
- Lead the design, specification, procurement, and manufacture of Special Tools and Test Equipment (S&TE) required to support installation and production activities.
- Identify and develop pre-kitting, pre-assembly, and installation efficiency strategies to optimise implementation outcomes.
- Establish and coordinate a deckplate support capability integrated with First of Class Delivery (FCD) Integrated Work Teams, providing technical guidance and issue resolution during implementation.
- Manage configuration, deviation acceptance, and design liaison activities, ensuring lessons learned and implementation outcomes are incorporated into future design and documentation updates.
- Support planning, coordination, and oversight of Category 4 and 5 Verification and Validation (V&V) activities, while contributing to workforce capability development and upskilling initiatives.
- Proven experience in project delivery, implementation planning, production engineering, or a related technical discipline within a complex engineering or defence environment.
- Strong ability to translate design intent into practical implementation processes, work instructions, and operational solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical issues, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve project outcomes.
- Knowledge of configuration management, verification and validation processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful implementation outcomes in a dynamic environment.
