Role Overview
The Program Director UAE leads complex satellite mission programs end to end, from contract execution through delivery.
The role reports to the VP, Missions Programme Management and is based at ICEYE’s UAE facility.
Travel to Espoo, Finland, and customer sites is required.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is permanent and follows a hybrid workplace model.
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening, including SUPO where required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver satellite mission programs on schedule, within budget, and against agreed performance and quality targets.
- Act as the central coordinator across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
- Build trusted customer relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality program execution.
- Create aligned program plans covering resources, financial control, and milestones.
- Mitigate risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to reduce bottlenecks and accelerate mission execution.
- Improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and predictability across Missions.
- Provide accurate program status visibility for informed decision-making.
