Role Highlights
Program Director UAE in the Missions department.
Reports to the VP, Missions Programme Management.
The role is based in the UAE and uses a hybrid workplace model.
Employment is permanent and subject to applicable security screening where required.
Role Purpose
Deliver complex satellite mission programs end to end while ensuring customer success, on-time execution, and scalable delivery excellence.
Coordinate the full customer mission lifecycle from contract execution through delivery.
Act as the central orchestrator across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
Location and Travel
- The role is based at the ICEYE facility in the UAE.
- Travel to Espoo, Finland, and customer sites is required.
Program Delivery Outcomes
- Deliver satellite mission programs on schedule, within budget, and to agreed performance and quality targets.
- Build trusted customer partnerships that support satisfaction, repeat business, and seamless execution.
