Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for program delivery across multiple entities and workstreams.
Oversee governance, stakeholder management, delivery quality, risk management, and cross-functional alignment.
Ensure achievement of approved scope, milestones, budget, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery and governance.
- Provide executive oversight of planning, execution, and quality assurance.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and escalations.
- Align business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Oversee risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor program performance and drive delivery against objectives.
Must Have
- 10-12 years of Program or Portfolio Management experience.
- Proven leadership of large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in governance, delivery management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of enterprise applications, system integrations, cloud platforms, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
