Role Description
Oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of engineering consulting programs.
Ensure programs meet client requirements, quality standards, and budget expectations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients while managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Define program objectives, develop timelines, allocate resources, and supervise project teams.
- Prepare progress reports, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
- Provide regular status updates and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work independently in a remote setting while managing part-time hours and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated program or project management experience in engineering, construction, or related technical fields.
- Experience with planning, scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder management, and client communication.
- Proficiency with project management software, online collaboration platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
- Ability to analyze performance, manage budgets, assess risks, and make data-informed decisions.
- Relevant academic background in engineering, architecture, project management, or a related discipline.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Regional regulations, industry standards, and engineering consulting best practices familiarity is beneficial.
