Role Overview
Lead and manage major programs and project portfolios in line with strategic and operational objectives.
Develop program strategies, implementation plans, and integrated delivery frameworks.
Apply Program/Portfolio Management and PMO methodologies.
Develop and manage the overall Master Program Schedule from design through handover.
Integrate projects across schedule, cost, quality, and deliverables.
Establish governance, controls, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.
Oversee risk management, mitigation plans, contracts, tenders, claims, and variations.
Lead multidisciplinary technical and administrative teams.
Coordinate project managers, consultants, contractors, government entities, and other stakeholders.
Oversee operational readiness, handover, and project acceptance.
Represent the program before senior management, government entities, and official committees.
Prepare executive presentations, progress reports, analytical reports, and recommendations.
