Position Summary
WELL Health is hiring a hands-on, deadline-driven Program Coordinator for a patient consent growth and adoption program.
The role drives execution by tracking owners, dates, blockers, commitments, and performance metrics across the business.
The position coordinates consent capture, data readiness, and activation but does not build the data pipeline.
Program Mandate
- Increase consent adoption and workflow consistency across 71 live clinics through site visits, troubleshooting, staff engagement, and patient communication.
- Coordinate consent expansion across telehealth, patient-facing websites, online booking, engagement channels, and clinic network expansion.
- Maintain a single source of truth across consent capture, data readiness, and activation requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Build clinic adoption plans, identify root causes of low adoption, and drive workflow, training, kiosk, or patient-flow fixes.
- Conduct clinic visits, follow up with clinic managers, and report adoption progress against targets.
- Coordinate channel pilots and track web and portal consent opportunities.
- Track consent linkage, EMR connectivity, data quality, refresh cadence, and withdrawal handling.
