The hands-on AI and automation skills.

You have experience building and deploying AI-enabled solutions, automations, agents, or workflows.

You are comfortable working with modern AI tools and understand what it takes to move beyond experimentation to solutions that are tested, reliable, secure, and useful in a business environment.

The business and process mindset.

You can dig into an ambiguous or inefficient process, ask thoughtful questions, map requirements, and determine where technology can create the greatest value.

You know how to balance business impact, complexity, available resources, and technical feasibility when prioritizing what to solve and how to solve it.
