• Required:
• Currently enrolled as a Columbia University student.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, or entrepreneurship education.
• Preferred:
• Columbia University graduate student.
• Previous experience with entrepreneurship, startups, accelerators, incubators, or venture programs.
• Experience developing or supporting educational programs, workshops, bootcamps, or student programs.
• Experience working with student organizations or building community relationships.
• Experience with startup competitions, pitch events, or founder programming.
• Experience with marketing, outreach, communications, or participant engagement.
• Familiarity with project-management, data-management, or event-registration tools.
• Experience developing programs or initiatives around defined goals, objectives, and key results (OKRs).
• Prior professional experience is helpful but not required. We are particularly interested in students who are proactive, resourceful, organized, and excited about helping entrepreneurs succeed.

Schedule & Commitment

• This is a flexible, part-time student position designed to accommodate an academic schedule. Specific hours can be arranged based on program needs and the student's availability.
• We encourage a commitment through the full semester, with the potential to continue into subsequent semesters, summer term, and/or the academic year depending on performance, interest, and availability.
