Summary

Duties
- Uses communication, education, and leadership to support organizational updates.
- Guides evolution of clinical software and processes, ensuring availability and training.
- Contributes to software enhancements and process improvement activities.
- Cultivates working relationship between OIT and Health Informatics.
- Evaluates content quality and improves information interoperability.
- Applies statistical, machine learning, visualization, and inferencing techniques.
- Utilizes SQL and SSRS to develop reports and information tools.
- Enables healthcare capabilities and evolution of technology adjoined to EHR.
- Serves as subject matter expert in process flow diagrams.
- Ensures clinical input in development and management of VHA business architecture.
- Participates in testing and reporting errors in systems and applications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
