As a Professor in Nursing, you will provide exceptional academic leadership, driving excellence in teaching, research and industry engagement while shaping the strategic direction of nursing education and scholarship. You will lead multidisciplinary research initiatives, foster national and international collaborations, secure competitive research funding and contribute to the development of research and academic policy.
Working closely with colleagues, students and external stakeholders, you will mentor and develop academic staff, supervise higher degree by research candidates, and champion innovative, evidence-based learning experiences.
We are seeking an internationally recognised nursing scholar and academic leader with a distinguished record of research excellence, competitive funding success and strategic influence. You will bring the capability to shape the future direction of nursing education and research while enhancing CQUniversity's reputation nationally and globally.
