Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished and versatile Professor to join a reputable higher education institution in Saudi Arabia.
The role spans Law, Business, and General Education courses (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry), requiring a candidate with strong academic leadership, interdisciplinary teaching capabilities, and a proven research background.
The ideal candidate will contribute to academic excellence, curriculum innovation, and institutional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures across Law, Business, and General Education courses as appropriate
- Lead curriculum development and interdisciplinary program design
- Supervise student research, dissertations, and capstone projects
- Conduct and publish high-impact research in recognized journals
- Provide academic leadership within the faculty and mentor junior staff
- Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional reviews
- Contribute to strategic planning, program development, and university committees
- Foster collaboration across departments to support interdisciplinary learning
Requirements
- PhD in Law, Business, or a relevant discipline (additional qualifications in related fields are an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of higher education teaching experience, with demonstrated academic leadership
- Strong record of research publications and scholarly contributions
- Experience in curriculum development and program accreditation
- Ability to teach or contribute to general education courses (Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia preferred
