Position Overview
United Arab Emirates University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Management within the College of Business and Economics.
Candidates at all academic ranks may be considered, with rank determined according to academic accomplishments.
Role Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses using practical, application-focused pedagogical methods.
- Develop and sustain an internally or externally funded research program.
- Publish research findings in reputed refereed journals.
- Promote the growth of Business Administration programs and the College of Business and Economics.
- Advise students and provide service to the university, college, department, and community.
- Conduct research and publish in the candidate's field.
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Management or a related field.
- Applicants should have research experience in human resource management, organizational behaviour, or related fields.
- Applicants must be able to teach undergraduate and graduate management courses.
- Candidates should be active researchers with a strong record of scholarly excellence.
- Candidates should have thorough knowledge of management theory and practice and a commitment to research.
