Instructor in Management

The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for a full-time Instructor in Management position in the Department of Management, College of Business and Economics (CBE).

The CBE has been accredited by AACSB International since 2000.

The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate:

• A strong commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate level and the use of effective pedagogical approaches that emphasize practical application.

• The ability to teach introductory and intermediate courses in Management, including Fundamentals of Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and other related courses.

• Relevant professional and industry experience that can contribute to the practical orientation of teaching and enhance students' understanding of management practice.

• A willingness to contribute actively to student advising, course coordination, assessment activities, and service to the Department, College, and University.
