- At Air IT, we're looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join our high-performing Professional Services team. You'll play a key role in delivering infrastructure, cloud, and migration projects for our customers, ensuring exceptional outcomes and a seamless experience from start to finish.
- This role will involve working onsite three days per week at a customer location in Central London , alongside hybrid working arrangements.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Professional Services Engineer, you'll lead and support the successful delivery of technical projects, including:
Delivering IT system migrations and infrastructure refresh projects for SME organisations
Deploying and configuring servers, networks, firewalls, and core IT infrastructure
Delivering Microsoft 365 projects, including Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and cloud migrations
Collaborating closely with our Project Management Office to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
Working alongside Solutions Consultants and Technical Architects to design and implement customer solutions
Providing detailed project handovers to our Service Desk teams
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
Maintaining accurate project records within our CRM systems
