The Professional Learning (PL) Coordinator is located within the Educator Learning, Research, and Practice (ELRP) department and reports to the Assistant Director of Professional Learning Operations. This position collaborates with the Assistant Director of Professional Learning Operations, the Assistant Director of Delivery, Professional Learning Coordinators, and cross-functional partners to coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of WIDA's professional learning portfolio. The position exercises independent judgment in coordinating multiple concurrent engagements, resolving scheduling and operational issues, and providing webinar moderation support to ensure successful delivery of virtual professional learning events.
Remote work is an option for this position on a voluntary basis; however, due to UW policy and travel expectations, this position requires living in Madison, WI, or the surrounding area, as occasional on-site work at our Madison office will be required.
